If for any reason you feel the need for complaint, our complaints procedure is laid out below

You have the right to complain if you are not happy about any aspect of your dealings with us.

  • You can complain to us by calling/emailing or writing to the Complaints Officer at our offices. Any complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours, and a printed copy of our complaint’s procedure sent to you. We will respond to your complaint within 5 days of receipt of your complaint, and we will confirm to you the results of your complaint within 8 weeks.
  • The FCA which is our regulating body does not accept complaints direct but requires that the complaint be made to the financial ombudsman. You would do this if you believe you have suffered any financial loss or other damage to your business. as a result of your dealing with us, or you believe that a complaint to this company has not be dealt with to your satisfaction.
  • You can complain to the Information Commissioners Office. You would do this if you were unhappy about anything that has happened to the personal and other data you have supplied to us, or we have obtained with regards your finance application.
